Senegalese-born US musician....the author of this article must be a true patriot..mwana wevhu. Akon has never argued his origin that he is African and I wonder if this has anything to do with his trip to Zimbabwe...ok a trip back home , back to the motherland to add spice to it. Why do we start politicising people's careers and trips?? Just leave the boy alone! Nothing to do with sanctions...just music
