BRITAIN’s Prince Harry is trying to patch things up with his Zimbabwean-born girlfriend Chelsy Davy following a fall out in November last year, The Zim Diaspora has found out.
We can reveal that the third in line will next week whisk the Zimbabwean blonde to an unidentified location in southern Africa to try and patch up their differences.
He will take his lover on holiday to a secret sunny resort in southern Africa for a week of quality time together.
The luxury destination is where they enjoyed a holiday at the start of their relationship more than three years ago. Harry is desperate to spend time with Chelsy in a bid to put the rows of the past three months behind them.
Sources confirmed they are still an item — but the Royal has his work cut out trying to prove he is serious about their future.
A close friend told the British media this week that Prince Harry is by no means “out of the woods”. He said: “It’s been a dreadful three months for them and this trip is about going back to basics. If it doesn’t work out for them both, that could be it.”
Harry has taken leave from his Army duties and will spend more than a week abroad.
Chelsy left her digs at Leeds University on Thursday and, after spending the rest of the weekend in London, is due to stay in Africa for at least three weeks.
Friends in Leeds are still unsure whether Chelsy will return to continue her studies next year. The friend added: “Chelsy is very unhappy with her decision to go to Leeds. She is a long way from Harry and London’s party scene.”
